Until recently,
this was my favourite Italian
That was until Domino's introduced me to these beauties
They're part of their new ITALIANO Range and I had the task of trying them before they went on sale (tough job but someone's gotta do it)
Domino's approached me and asked if I would be interested in trying out their new collection of pizzas, sides and desserts. They are all handmade with fresh dough stretched to a thin crust (more authentic than some other ranges) and all topped with the finest ingredients.
I am happy to report back that these deffo get my seal of approval - I'll tell you why! When hunting for the perfect pizza I always look for the same things, authenticity, crispy thin base and quality toppings. These pizzas, along with the Italiano Garlic bread most definitely deliver on these, they feel (and taste) more authentic - and this is mainly down to the thin and crispy base, then we have the toppings; ventricina salami from the Abruzzo Region of central Italy, prosciutto ham (an italian dry cured meat) goats cheese, mozzarella and rocket are all used to create the most amazing pizzas.
Here's the entire range
Milano
Ventricina salami and prosciutto ham
Ardente
Ventricina Salami, Roquito cherry peppers & jalapenos
Sicilia
Chicken breast stips, cajun seasoning, Roquito cherry peppers & red onion
Roma
Goats cheese, Roquito cherry peppers, red onions & topped with Rocket leaves
Verona
Prosciutto ham & chicken breast strips topped with Rocket leaves
Along with the pizzas (£15.99 - £17.99) Domino's have also launched two Italian desserts, a Sicilain Lemon Cheesecake (v) and an authentic Tiramisu (v) both costing £3.99 and both sure to get the tastebuds bursting (my fav was the Tiramisu - order 17 cos they're moreish)
