So over the festive period we over indulge, it's only natural and it is totally acceptable - in my eyes - to eat Ferrero Rochers for breakfast, lunch and dinner - but we all, or most of us, end up hating ourselves for adding a little to the belly section, the Festive Pudge I call it. So I decided to get back on track with the help of Daniel McCaffrey of No Limits Fitness & Strength!

Who are No Limits Fitness & Strength?
Originating in his Mum and Dad's garage Dan McCaffrey had gone on to build one of Belfast's most inspiring and creative gyms - Dan combines a real interest in his clients goals/lives while offering nutritional advice, insanely fun (yet bloody hard) classes and a NO NONSENSE approach to getting fit, staying fit and becoming more healthy. MOTIVATOR is a great word for Dan, each member of the gym is given personal interest, encouragement and guidance - they are set goals, engaged with and supported which is why he has built brilliant business.
What to expect at NO LIMITS - a new approach to training, classes are short and intense, 30minutes of graft where you don't have time to hide, and if you do - you soon get found out. Kettle-bells, bodyweight exercises and the dreaded prowler are all present in most classes. Even in the week I spent there the was a real sense of togetherness, almost like a family atmosphere where everyone talks to each other, motivates one another and this is where NO LIMITS stands out.You can also enrol your kids at the much talked about and ever growing KidsFIT to introduce them to mixing exercise with fun!
The Healthy Week
So myself and Dan got together to talk about a more healthy approach to eating, effective workouts for fat loss and how to stay motivated - motivation for me, and I'm sure most of you is why we often find healthy eating and exercise so hard - for this reason myself and Dan decided to create healthy, but super tasty meals mixed with short 30 minute group exercise classes.
The Meals
The Classes
Over the week I attended group training classes - all were High Intensity Interval Training - circuit based activities! Again 30 minutes is all it took, surely we can all make time for that? So the classes were fun, I learnt some new exercises (and muscles) met some friends and even lost a little weight!
If you are looking to shift the Festive Pudge, what to try a new exercise program or even just want some advice get in touch with Dan at No Limits Fitness & Strength - his range of knowledge is superb and I am sure he can help you. Friendly, Motivating and a Gentleman with a ferocious drive and excellent gym.
